Add Columns - Select Style
To access this dialog:
From the Tables window
- 
                                                    In the Tables window, right-click a table and select Format. 
- 
                                                    In theColumnstab, clickAddby theColumns in Viewwindow. 
- 
                                                    In theType of column(s) to add:screen of theColumn Wizard, select a column type and clickNext>>. 
- 
                                                    In theSelect the fields to screen of theColumn Wizard, click the fields you wish to select and clickNext>>. 
From the Logs window
- 
                                                    In the Logs window, click a table to select it. 
- 
                                                    Right-click and select Properties.... 
- 
                                                    In the Log View Properties dialog, select theColumnstab. 
- 
                                                    By theColumns in Viewwindow, clickAdd. 
- 
                                                    In theType of column(s) to add:screen of theColumn Wizard, select eitherData ColumnorSystem Field, and clickNext>>. 
- 
                                                    In theSelect the table for:screen of theColumn Wizard, select the table and clickNext>>. 
- 
                                                    In theSelect the fields toscreen of theColumn Wizard, click the fields you wish to select and clickNext>>. 
This screen is the final stage of the Add Column wizard and defines the display style which is applied to the columns being added.
